We are a short-form video and content studio for beauty and wellness businesses. We shoot, we edit, we deliver finished video built for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. On our Meta Ads packages we also build and run the ads that video goes into.

The short version: we shoot, we edit, you post. On the higher tiers we can post for you too.

It is a free 15 minute call. No pitch, no pressure. We talk through what you are trying to build, what is frustrating about your content right now, and what cadence would actually move the needle. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal after. If it is not, we will tell you that too.

By default, no. You post. But you can add Social Management to any package for $497 a month and we take it over completely: posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, captions written, hashtags researched, and the calendar scheduled a month ahead. You never log into a scheduler. It is already included in The Crystal.

There are two. Social Management at $497 a month means we post everything for you and you never touch a scheduler. Automations & Lead Gen at $500 to set up plus $297 a month is the follow-up layer: keyword DMs, missed-call text back, comment-to-booking flows, landing pages, and CRM follow-up.

You do not need either one to work with us. They exist because content brings people in and something still has to catch them. If you are already posting consistently and answering every DM within minutes, skip them.

Yes. Both stack onto any membership, any ads tier, or a production. Both are already included in The Crystal, so there is nothing to add there.

The one-time $500 covers the actual build: mapping the flows, writing them, connecting them to your booking system, and testing. The monthly covers monitoring, adjustments, and keeping everything working when platforms change their rules, which they do.

Yes. Either add-on can be stopped with 30 days notice and your main package continues untouched.

Content compounds. One month is a vibe check. Two months you start seeing what hits. Three is where the strategy actually proves out. The minimum protects you from quitting right before it starts working.

That is fine. You are not billed for a skipped month, and it does not count toward your three paid months. We pick back up and finish the term whenever you are ready. No penalty either way.

The first month is due at signing, before the first shoot. After that it is the same day each month, charged automatically. Payments more than 5 days late carry a 5% late fee, and after 10 days unpaid services pause until it is cleared.

Pricing is consistent for everyone. We do not discount. It keeps the model sustainable and it is fairer to the clients who already said yes.

The Glimpse is a single session with no commitment. One shoot, a few finished videos, and you see the quality and the process before deciding on anything ongoing.

No. Your ad budget is separate from our fee and you pay Meta directly from your own account. You own the account, the data, and the audiences. Below $1,000 a month Meta does not get enough data to optimize, which is why that is the floor.

It depends on the tier, but every membership includes a shoot at your space, fully edited short-form videos, and vertical 9:16 format built for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts so it travels across platforms without a re-edit.

Before every shoot you get a written overview of what we are planning to film, so you can weigh in before we shoot instead of after.

Two rounds per video are included. Think text overlay changes, a music swap, a small trim. Beyond that it is $50 a round, and anything that is really a re-shoot or a new cut gets quoted separately.

Yes. One reschedule per confirmed shoot at no charge with 48 hours notice. Less notice than that, or a no-show, and the session is forfeited for that month with no refund or rollover. Shoots need to be booked at least 48 hours out.

If we ever need to move a session on our end, you get rescheduled at no charge with priority booking.

Completely normal. We build around hands, process footage, transformations, and behind-the-scenes work that does not require anyone to be the face of it. Anyone who does want to be featured simply gets featured more.

You get a perpetual license to everything we deliver, and it does not expire when the agreement ends. Anything already delivered stays fully yours to use indefinitely. We keep ownership of the raw footage and project files.

Yes. If a staff member, client, or anyone else appears on camera, you are responsible for a signed release from them before we film. We provide a simple one-page template. It takes about 30 seconds per person.

Yes. The license covers your marketing use, including paid ads, your website, and email.

After the initial three months, either side can end it with 30 days written notice. An email is enough. During the first three months, cancellation happens only for cause, meaning one of us seriously drops the ball and does not fix it within 10 days of being told.

We hear that a lot. The useful question is what specifically did not work: the content itself, the communication, or the results. Bring that to the call and we will tell you honestly whether we would do it differently.

Yes. Ask on the call or by email and we will send work that shows the editing style and the quality bar, plus a strategy outline for what your first shoot would look like.
