The process

From hello to posted.

Eight steps, and you always know which one you are on. Here is exactly what working together looks like, start to finish.

01 Day one · 15 minutes

The call

A free 15 minute call. No pitch, no deck, no pressure. We ask about eight questions about your business: what you sell, who books it, where the bookings actually come from now, and what is getting in the way.

By the end of it we can usually name the one thing blocking your goal. Sometimes that thing is not content, and if it is not, we will tell you.

You get: a straight read on your situation
02 Within 24 hours

The proposal

You get a written proposal within a day of the call. It recommends one package, not a menu of five, and it says why that one and not the others.

The service agreement comes in the same message so you can read the terms before you decide anything. Nothing is hidden until the end.

You get: proposal + service agreement
03 When you are ready

Sign and start

The agreement is signed electronically. The first payment is due at signing, before the first shoot, and after that it is the same day each month.

Once that clears, we book the first shoot. That order matters and it is the same for everyone.

Contract first, payment second, calendar third
04 Within 48 hours of signing

Onboarding

One email, not five. It contains your onboarding packet and a content intake questionnaire covering your brand, your voice, your offers, and what you want the content to actually do.

You can fill in the form on your own time, or we can hop on twenty minutes and I will ask you and type it myself. The form is easier to schedule. The call gets better answers. Your call.

We also capture where things stand today: your grid, your following, your current booking numbers. Without that baseline there is no honest way to show what changed in month three.

You get: onboarding packet + intake
05 Before anything is filmed

The strategy

Your answers get turned into a written strategy. One bottleneck, then the job the content has to do, then the content mix, the cadence, the hook style, the call to action, and the one number we are trying to move.

Every decision in that document traces back to something you said. If we cannot point to the sentence that caused a choice, the choice is a guess and we go back and ask.

You get: a written strategy brief
06 Shoot week

The shoot

The date goes on the calendar at least 48 hours out. The shot list is drafted by us and approved by you before we show up, so nobody is improvising on the day.

Three days before, you get a prep sheet: arrival time, how long we need, what to wear, which treatments and roughly when, and what to have clear and ready. Appearance releases come with it. Anyone who has not signed one does not get filmed, staff and clients both. That protects you as much as us.

On the day we shoot. It is faster and less disruptive than most people expect.

You get: prep sheet + releases
07 5 business days

Edit and deliver

Finished, captioned, vertical cuts delivered by link. Five business days as standard, 48 hours on The Full Haus VIP. Ad creative goes straight into the live campaigns.

You also get a suggested posting order. It is a recommendation, not a rule. Two rounds of revisions are included per video: text changes, a music swap, a trim.

On most packages you post. On The Crystal we post for you across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You get: the content, ready to post
08 Day 30, 60, 90

The review

One page, once a month. Six numbers, what worked, what we are changing, and what we need from you.

It asks one question: did the number we said would move actually move. If it did, we sharpen what is working. If something else moved instead, we re-diagnose rather than quietly making more content and hoping.

You get: a monthly report
One thing worth saying plainly

Content compounds, which is why every retainer runs on a three month minimum. Month one is a vibe check. Month two you start seeing what lands. Month three is where the strategy proves out. The minimum is there to keep you from stopping right before it starts working.

Step one

Starts with a call.
