These terms govern your use of blurhausmedia.com and any inquiry you submit through it. Blur Haus Media is operated by Brooke Miller in Phoenix, Arizona. By using this site you agree to what follows.

1. This site is not a contract for services

Everything on this website, including the menu, package inclusions, and pricing, is an invitation to start a conversation. It is not an offer that can be accepted by submitting a form. Services are only engaged through a written service agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

2. Pricing

Prices shown are current as of the date above and may change at any time without notice. Prices quoted to you in a written proposal are held for the period stated in that proposal. Advertising budget on any Meta Ads package is separate from our fee, is paid by you directly to the advertising platform, and is not included in the listed price.

3. Booking a discovery call

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. By submitting the booking form you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to discuss the business you are inquiring about. You also agree we may contact you by email, phone, and text about your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how that works and how to opt out.

4. No guarantee of results

We produce content and, on advertising packages, build and manage advertising campaigns. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including views, followers, engagement, leads, appointments, revenue, or return on ad spend. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, your market, your responsiveness to leads, and the policies and algorithms of platforms we do not own. Any figures, examples, or past results referenced anywhere on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

5. Platform compliance

Advertising in the aesthetics and medical space is subject to strict and frequently changing platform rules, including restrictions on before-and-after imagery and health claims. We build creative and campaigns with those rules in mind, but we cannot guarantee that any platform will approve, keep running, or refrain from restricting an ad or an account. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your own services, credentials, and results.

6. Intellectual property

The Blur Haus Media name, logo, wordmark, site design, copy, and all other material on this site are owned by Blur Haus Media and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Rights in work produced for clients are governed by the signed service agreement. In general, clients receive a perpetual license to use delivered final videos, and Blur Haus Media retains ownership of raw footage and project files.

7. Your responsibilities as a client

Where an engagement is in place, you are responsible for obtaining signed releases from any staff member, client, patient, or other person who appears on camera before filming, and for ensuring we have permission to film at the location. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you ask us to publish on your behalf.

8. Third-party links and tools

This site embeds and links to third-party services, including scheduling, chat, payment, and social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use any content from it for a competing service.

10. Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blur Haus Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published here. Liability under any signed service agreement is limited as stated in that agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
