Blur Haus Media ("we," "us," "our") is a video content and marketing studio operated by Brooke Miller in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through blurhausmedia.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a discovery call, submit a form, or message us through the site, we collect what you choose to provide, which typically includes:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Details about your business and your content or advertising goals
• Anything else you write into a message or form field

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host and analytics tools automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This is used to understand how the site is performing, not to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• To send you a proposal, agreement, invoice, or other materials you asked for
• To deliver services if you become a client, and to communicate about active projects
• To send occasional marketing or follow-up messages, which you can opt out of at any time
• To improve the website and understand which pages are useful

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about scheduling, your project, or a follow-up on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email, and vice versa.

Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of third-party platforms to run the business. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for scheduling, forms, our chat widget, and client communication
• Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store full card numbers
• Vercel for website hosting
• Google Fonts for typography
• Meta and other advertising platforms, where advertising services are part of your engagement
• DocuSign for electronic signature of agreements

Cookies

The site and the tools embedded in it may set cookies to keep the scheduling widget working, remember your session, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the booking flow may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

Inquiry information is kept as long as it is useful for following up or for our records. Client records, contracts, and invoices are kept as long as required for business, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts

Content and footage

If you become a client, photos and video we produce for you are handled under your service agreement, not this policy. We do not publish client footage or identifiable individuals in our own marketing without permission. Anyone appearing on camera must have signed a release, which is the client's responsibility to collect before filming.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
